Let's Take Action - EDS presentation 2021

Great to get a chance to speak & share footage at this years Environmental Defence Society Conference.

After three days of hearing talk about change it was a privilege to be able to show people the scenes of environmental harms taking place all around Aotearoa.

While most of this visual presentation focusses on sediment pollution, it covers a number of different industries and their contribution to the biodiversity collapse and water crisis that we are in the midst of.

The conference was a 3 day event highlighting areas needing urgent attention such as freshwater implementation, land use change, oceans management & sustainable fisheries.

There was a bit of talk about our precious High Country, questions around the future for pastoral leaseholders and how to get control over wilding pines.
